The Marketing Coordinator will support the Ad Sales Marketing Manager on a daily basis to develop and create marketing materials for the national Ad Sales team across 4 offices (NY, Chicago, Denver and LA).
Skills / Requirements
- Assist in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, one-sheets, and other materials as assigned
- Coordinate the development of external communication pieces such as website materials, newsletters, email blasts, etc.
- Lend support in the planning and execution of annual Upfront initiative
- Write and edit creative briefs, strategy documents, and other materials to kick off projects
- Generate notes/recaps from meetings and circulate to attendees
- Help maintain marketing calendar
- Conduct competitive analysis
- Perform administrative duties as needed
Education & Experience
Bachelor?s degree from four year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
