Summary:
Manage day-to-day branch operations and service delivery. Directly responsible for managing teller staff. Oversee sales and service of teller staff; expense, operations, and human resource management. Meet Financial and compliance standards. Responsible for developing short and long term strategic planning goals for assigned area. Assist in protecting the assets of the bank and our customers. Assist in developing an effective and efficient sales team. Fulfill Branch Manager responsibilities during Branch Manager Absence.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in overall management of branch including operations, sales, service, audit, and staffing with a primary focus on operations
- Branch size criteria includes $50MM-$90MM combined loans and deposits; and/or 20% DDA; and/or $1.5MM-$3.5 MM contribution dollars; and 10-14 FTE compliment
- Role model Excellence and Do the Right Thing while supporting branch based change management efforts
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and service delivery
- Lead Teller staff, including career development, performance management and recognition
- Own the development needs of Teller staff, including Growth coaching
- Encourage staff to promote self service and remote service options for relevant customer transactions
- Promote sales and referrals from Teller staff to Platform staff
- Coach Relationship Bankers using GROWTH in partnership with Branch Manager
- Address and resolve escalated customer complaints
- As necessary, perform non-monetary transactions for customers
- Service and sell to customers via escalations or complex sales referred y relationship bankers, directly sell to clients as appropriate in relationship bankers absence
- Champion a customer centric culture
- Deliver service levels and operational excellence in branch as agreed with branch manager
- Manage risk and compliance for the branch

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
- 2 years of Retail Banking experience

- 1 year of Management experience

Requires successful registration with, and issuance of a unique identification number from, the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) in compliance with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (S.A.F.E. Act).
