Jobing Description

The Creative Services Manager will play a key role in developing AT&Ts AdWorks advertising business across the leading telecommunications company's mobile, online and TV platforms. As part of the Media Innovation team, this individual's core responsibilities will be to support the Vertical Specialist sales team by producing client-specific presentations that position AT&T's offerings across platforms to drive advertising investment.
 
The ideal candidate will be a PowerPoint and Photoshop rock star with strong visual storytelling abilities, capable of digesting ad product features to produce compelling collateral that makes the case to advertisers and agencies about why AT&T is a must-buy media partner. This person would also have a thorough understanding of the digital media industry including mobile, online, and TV advertising, and have the ability to visually articulate the unique selling propositions for AT&T ad products.
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing creative and mock-ups for strategic presentations to be used by our Vertical Specialist sales team in order to drive ad spend investment in AT&T's mobile, online and TV ad products by top brands and agencies.
  • Working with internal Marketing, Product, Operations and Legal teams on the development, coordination and delivery of cross-platform marketing materials and programs
  • Developing creative and mock-ups for strategic presentations to be used for key industry events and speaking engagements in order to showcase AT&T's products and highlight emerging media trends.
  • Extending creative presentations to AT&T AdWorks' cutting-edge Media Lab. Assignments may include creating compelling graphics for AT&T's products as well as data visualizations.
The successful candidate will be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere, while also being effective within the matrix structure of a Fortune 100 environment. This individual will have a history of being an impact player and is comfortable taking personal ownership in the performance of his/her projects.

Skills / Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:


  • BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience and a track record of design success in publishing, marketing and/or advertising via digital media: online, mobile, interactive TV, etc. 
  • The ability to translate the AT&T AdWorks unique selling proposition into high impact sales decks is a fundamental skill.
  • Attention to detail, the ability to succeed in a cross-functional team environment, and strong organizational skills are a must.
  • PowerPoint and Photoshop expertise is critical, and a working knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Final Cut, HTML, CSS, Flash and Javascript are a plus.


Good backgrounds for this role could include creative services, junior art director, ad sales support specialist, agency interactive strategist or planner. Hands-on experience, knowledge, and interest in emerging media is essential. B2B marketing experience is preferred.
