Description
Summary:
This resource is responsible for being the primary point on Commercial Banking events, hospitality and other non bank services. It is a high visibility position, tasked with developing the infrastructure to define, support track events, tickets and client touches across Commercial.
The Commercial Banking team currently hosts around 200 events over the course of a year. The role would be focused on developing a strategy around our events, prioritizing existing and future events, ensuring that we have the right customer touches for the client relationship, and consulting on an experience that is memorable and distinct.
This resource would work closely with the Commercial Relationship Managers, Corporate Events and Sponsorship and Sports Marketing teams to develop processes and reporting related to the above mentioned activities.
Responsibilities:
- Define non bank client experience across Commercial Banking segments
- Lead non bank services planning and budgeting
- Build infrastructure within existing Sales Relationship Management system to build lists and track customer preferences, attendance and ROI
- Manage Commercial Banking event calendar
- Leverage Commercial Client relationships to the extent possible in developing outstanding client experiences
- Develop success metrics to evaluate future programs
- Work with events teams to support execution of programs
- Work with Brand team to create standards for events
- Ensure executives are appropriately prepped for events
- Manage associate(s) that will handle day-to-day event administration and prepare them for success in their current and future roles at the company
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 10+ years of event/project management experience
- Work with high value clients and sales force
- Proficient in MS Office applications particularly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Superior leadership and management experiences
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to effectively manage and provide exceptional customer experiences in a matrix management environment.
- Financial Services experience a plus
