Job: Construction Project Manager

STRUCTURAL collaborates with clients to improve infrastructure by combining our award-winning specialty construction, repair and maintenance services with our proprietary technologies to provide innovative solutions for demanding engineering and construction challenges.

We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Construction Project manager for our office in the Greater NYC area (Long Island City, NY). Our Project Managers are responsible for generating innovative repair solutions, providing strong field management, negotiating contracts and material purchases, scheduling, and managing subcontractors & equipment. Project Managers are also involved in the estimating process and are responsible for managing costs/budgets throughout the duration of a project. We rely on our Project Managers to develop and maintain strong client relationships and to deliver safety and quality control to our job sites.

Successful candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this position:

* Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field of study
* 5+ years of experience in a construction project management role
* Previous experience leading structural concrete repair projects
* Experience working for a self-performing contractor
* Experience tracking, monitoring and managing costs for several construction projects simultaneously
* Experience with a strong safety culture
