Summary:

Responsible for administrative support, analytical and research activity in connection with the servicing of a hedge strategy portfolio. This position will serve as middle office support for Hedge Strategy. Position will require regular communications with internal and external clients. Position requires understanding of hedge products. Position will analyze and prepare appropriate information as it pertains to hedge product valuations with changes in the capital markets.

Responsibilities:

- Provide and analyze mark-to-market values to customers upon request through use of Futrak. Research inconsistencies with interest rates provided in internal market report.
- Review, assess and verify Futrak reports and swap settlements generated by Corporate Treasury. Developing and maintaining a database for Futrak and settlement reports.
- Development, maintenance and analysis of swap documentation files (requesting appropriate information from lending areas and working with LAD and post-closing to ensure proper recording of swap exposure).
- Assist in the compilation, graphing and preparation of both internal and external presentation materials.
- Providing periodic pricing to customers through use of Bloomberg and Fincad pricing systems. This requires understanding of hedge structuring.
- Assist in preparation of quarterly monitoring requirement for presentation to Corporate Senior Loan Committee.
- Provide general administrative assistant support.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience operational experience preferred.
- Experience with Bloomberg and interest rate hedging products preferred.
- Previous work experience with derivatives, interest rate risk preferred.
- Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent years of work experience.
