Jobing Description

Auto Glass Shop looking for experienced and motivated technicians. Starting wage is $15.00 per hour plus commissions. Technicians installing 20 units a week will earn more than 40k per year. Must be self-motivated and driven by results. Must have knowledge of auto glass installation techniques and be able to provide exceptional customer service.

Skills / Requirements

* Knowledge of safe driving practices when operating a motor vehicle
* Must have valid driver‚s license and acceptable driving record
* Ability to lift and carry large, heavy objects (up to 75 lbs.)
* Ability to operate various hand and power tools and equipment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to provide outstanding customer service
* Ability to communicate with team members and customers
