The Nursing Supervisor provides leadership and clinical assistance to nursing personnel of assigned units to ensure that care focuses on resident needs and in a professional mode. Directs the care of the Home through the proper utilization of professional model. Directs the care of the Home through the proper utilization of professional and licensed and non licensed staff. Assumes responsibility in coordinating administrative management of the Home. Current and Valid NYS RN license, required. Masters Degree in Nursing or related field, preferred, or five years experience in gerontological nursing or related field of nursing.
