Principal Loan Admin Coordinator-710641
Description
Responsibilities:
Set up and/verify tax and insurance escrow records
Pay insurance invoices/tax invoices within established timeframe
Set up Corelogic monitoring system
Prepare, review and analyze escrow statements
Refund escrow overages as requested by customers
Review daily/monthly reports to ensure data integrity
Perform research as necessary to ensure loan is correctly monitored
Follow written policies and procedures to ensure that loans are processed in accordance with company policy and in a compliant manner
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
- At least 3 Years experience with Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- At least 1 year experience in Accounting with emphasis on GL reconciliations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Accounting
- 2 Years experience in Microsoft Office products
- 2 Years experience in Accounting
- 5 Years experience in Researching and analyzing data to determine root causes of problems and generate solutions
- 2 Years experience in communication with various levels of management
