Referral I Call Center Nurse Manager
Primary duties and responsibilities: In consultation with the UHP provider staff, act as a clinical advisor to the Referrals and Call Center. Document all decisions and instructions in the patient s electronic medical record. Work with Risk Management and Safety Committee based on recommendations for any Unexpected Events. Present date and case management to senior leaders as needed. Other duties as assigned. Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a BSN or related health care field. At least three years of professional nursing experience in an outpatient setting. NYS License as a registered professional nurse. Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of associates. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
