Title:  Business Development Manager
 
Location: Territories covered includes Manhattan, the surrounding boroughs and Hudson County New Jersey
 
Compensation:  Base salary w/ generous commission-based structure and significant upside potential
 
Synergy HomeCare is seeking charismatic, enthusiastic, aggressive and entrepreneurially-minded individuals with prior sales and marketing experience in the medical/healthcare field to become part of our extraordinary team of caring professionals.  As a Community Relations Representative, you will be part of a compassionate and professional team helping families and their loved ones in their time of need.  Successful candidates must be self-motivated, extremely personable and possess excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills.
 
Responsibilities include:
·    Implementing local marketing strategies
·    Originating and cultivating referral sources
·    Developing and maintaining client relationships
·    Tracking contacts and referral sources in proprietary software system
·    Conducting start of service and client quality visits
·    Responding to and following up with intake calls
·    Working with scheduling department to match client’s needs with staff assignments
 
Specific attributes required:
·    Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
·    Highly motivated and entrepreneurially-minded
·    Exemplify honesty, integrity and professionalism
·    Proficient with computers, and ability to learn and operate proprietary software systems
·    Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
·    Remain composed under pressure and excel in time management
·    Demonstrated successful prior sales experience
