Jobing Description

Responsibilities:
* Lead design process maintaining creative integrity from concept to execution.
* Provide best in class individual design. Allocate and coordinate assignments among graphic design and production team, providing direction throughout process.
* Partner with visual presentation to create innovative in-store marketing that enhances the customer s shopping experience.
* Train and develop fellow designer to achieve business objectives and individual professional growth.
* Work closely with production team to execute all projects in a timely and cost efficient manner.
* Present creative ideas to management for assigned projects. Use influencing and decision-making process skills to move the brand forward.
* Maintain most current knowledge of design trends and techniques.
* Stay abreast of current trends in the fashion industry and marketing.
* Design creative templates in short timeframes across various platforms to meet the needs of in-house clients.
* Executing creative requests using images supplied in RAW format for the purposes of digital and print collateral.
* Support the Visual Merchandise and Strategic Sales teams in creating visual merchandise guides and look books/catalogues for internal or external use.
* Working with internal and external contacts such as photographers and printers.
* Preparing final artwork ahead of production.
* Work within production budgets and monitor costs.

Qualifications:

* 4-7 years of graphic design experience, preferably in retail cosmetics, fragrance or fashion.
* Experience in development of retail collateral, point-of-sale, and promotional materials.
* Proficiency in Mac software: Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator,
Powerpoint, Keynote.
* Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.
* Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
* Growth-oriented, team-player, with passion for the business and strong work ethic.
