Job Description:

Plan and purchase inventory to maximize in-stock levels, and inventory turn while minimizing overstocks. Work with Sourcing and Merchandising to identify risks and develop strategies for mitigating them.

JOB DESCRIPTION
?THE MAIN POINT OF CONTACT FOR SPO AND ALL BUSINESS PARTNERS (PLANNING, MERCHANDISING, SOURCING, VENDORS, AND CALL CENTER)
?PROVIDE QUARTERLY PROJECTIONS AND MONTHLY REFORECASTS INTERNALLY AND TO VENDORS
?MANAGE WEEKLY SPO MEETING WITH SOURCING, MERCHANTS, VENDORS, AND CALL CENTER. IDENTIFY RISKS AND PROACTIVELY MONITER AGED POS
?SEND WEEKLY RECAPS INTERNALLY AND TO VENDORS
?PRICING/MARGIN ANALYSIS
?IDENTIFY TRENDS WITHIN SPO AND STOCKED SKUS TO DRIVE MOST PROFITABLE ASSORTMENT
?MANAGE LAUNCH OF SPO INTERNATIONAL
?BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN SPO AND STOCKED, ENSURING FABRIC PURCHASES COVER BOTH NEEDS

DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES
?MONDAY RECAPS AND AD HOC ANALYSIS
?WEEKLY RECAP OF AGED ORDERS
?MANAGE CUSTOMER ORDER ISSUES/CUSTOMER NOTIFICATIONS
?MAINTAIN FABRIC/FRAME FORECASTS
?WORK WITH SUTTER/MAX HOME TO COMPILE ONE MASTER FABRIC INVENTORY FOR WEEKLY MEETING
?PARTNER WITH DTC/RTL PLANNERS ON OTB FORECASTS
?PARTNER WITH MERCHANTS TO KNOW WHAT SPO FABRICS WILL BE FEATURED IN THE CATALOG AND IN THE STORES

Requirements/ Qualifications:
* BA/BS Required
* 3-5 years catalog inventory management exposure
* Strong technical and analytical skills
* This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
