Commercial Banking Recruiter
This Corporate Recruiter position will sit in the Global Human Resources organization within Global Talent Acquisition. This role will support hiring for positions at all levels across multiple cities within the United States.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Provide consultative search recruiting services; including research, market intelligence, and sourcing
- Build networks to source qualified passive candidates by using business acumen to support, consult and present (sell) candidate slate in alignment to our client's needs.
- Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
- Continuous networking, sourcing and pipelining to identify a broad and diverse external talent slate using a variety of channels
- Manage client and candidate relationships at the professional level
- Development and execution of staffing and diversity hiring plans
- Ability to understand the Financial Advisor business to effectively identify and recruit talent with industry expertise in these areas
- Must have a minimum of 1+ years of professional level recruiting/sourcing experience
- Experience developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies, cold calling, candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews, consulting senior leaders on talent acquisition strategy
- Experience recruiting for Financial Advisors or high volume finance lines of business
- Must have client management experience
- Excellent oral and writing communication skills
- Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change
