Direct and oversee all business change management efforts associated with the IT portfolio across all departments and teams including but not limited to Infrastructure, Operations, Teaching & Learning, Research Technology, Enterprise Data Management, Strategy & Planning. Serve as the change management expert to inform and drive solutions for the IT portfolio in support of all projects and initiatives implemented to support end users within and external to the organization. Work closely with the Project Managers to integrate project management and change management plans and deliverables and coordinate roadmap planning for the IT Portfolio. Provide expertise, oversight and guidance in support of the entire PSO portfolio and associated projects as it relates to change management ideas and processes– including but not limited to HR, Finance, Student Services, Alumni Relations and Academic Affairs. Develop, plan, manage, coordinate, and execute project change management strategies, training, and communications activities and documentation. Serve as deputy to Executive Director of Change Management.
