Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties•Understand loan structure and loan documentation.•Prepare for funding new loans including renewals, extensions and restructures.•Understand loan accounting system to perform boarding of new, renewals, extensions, restructures and other changes and maintain accuracy of loan system.•Process loan/general ledger tickets using online posting system modules (TMS and/or Block-Infra) for funding and fee related.•Payout invoices related to loan closing by issuing cashier’s checks.•Prepare out-going wire instructions for funding.•Post collateral audit review to ensure bank’s lien position for the perfection of loan collaterals.•Prepare vault files and maintain safekeeping.•Comply with the Bank’s security program, including but not limited to:o Review and comply with the End-User Computing Agreement.o Acquire good knowledge on functions and usage of computer systems as related to the assigned job functions.o Be current and knowledgeable in industry’s trend in safeguarding the Bank against confidential data leak, identity theft, fraudulent activities, and computer security threats.o Reports suspicious activities to manager, Chief Risk Officer or Information Security Officer.
