Job Description
The Operations Manager will have an important role in the launch of a new initiative for CVS Health. This person will be responsible for working with internal customers and stakeholders as well as the measurement development and continuous management of clinical programs. The ideal candidate will have a customer experience and continuous improvement mindset as well as the ability to successfully work across teams.

Responsibilities include:
* Management of day to day relationship with internal and external partners and customers.
* Develop business key performance indicators, policies, and performance standards. Develop mechanisms for monitoring success, and continuously find methods to improve operations.
* Advocate for customer needs with product leaders, working to create a positive customer experience
* Develop and provide clinical program operations updates to senior leadership
* Mangement of client escalations
* Develop customer service strategy and build necessary resources to achieve customer satisfaction
* Manage operations budget
* Craft and lead reporting of status and progress along with team and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications
5+ years experience in customer focused operations with expertise in metric development and management, experience could be customer service operations, sales operations, marketing operations.

Preferred Qualifications
Analytical acumen- Demonstrated through development of business measurements, forecasting, financial modeling, or operational management.
Clinical program management experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience in development and monitoring of performance indicators.
Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management and customer escalations.
Expertise with MS Office programs.
Expertise with Powerpoint and executive level presentations.
Experience with SalesForce preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple activities at once.
Experience preferred in start-up organizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent teamwork skills, positive and professional demeanor.
Self-starter; ability to take ownership over processes.

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent work experience.
