Job Description
The Region Director has overall responsibility for the region P&L and accountable for operational performance and management of store teams to include people development, sales and sales building programs, service, execution of company-wide programs.

Required Qualifications
3-5 years experience as Store Manager or equivalent demonstrating strong customer service and meeting operational expectations in increasingly larger volume stores required. Must demonstrate strong people skills including ability to lead

Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years as multi-unit manager or 5 years as a GM in a bog box retailer preferred

Requires a high school diploma or
GED equivalent
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
