Job Description
The [m]Platform US services team is comprised of digital experts in media buying, data and technology platforms, and advanced analytics. We use internal and external platforms, and hundreds of data sources to help advertisers communicate with their customers across all media. GroupM’s internal integrated marketing technology suite, [m]Platform, empowers clients to leverage the industry’s most robust collection of consumer and media intelligence for smarter planning, activation, and media measurement.

We are looking for individuals passionate about driving innovations in data driven media and marketing. You will be part of a highly focussed group of consultants that are working with agency leaders and leading marketers to drive the transformation of traditional media planning to people based cross channel media planning and execution.

Responsibilities:
· Be the subject matter expert in audience data management and insights - build a learning agenda to evangelize audience management best practices and educate agency planning, buying and analytics teams.
· Champion audience-first thinking within media planning and strategy teams; providing a consultative approach to driving business outcomes using data and technology platforms.
· Utilize DMP, Site Analytics, DCO, DSP and MTA technologies to drive audience based planning, buying, targeting, measurement and optimization.
· Build a cohesive 360 view of the customer profile using 1st party, 2nd party, 3rd party and research data inclusive of online and offline data sources
· Develop strategic audience segmentation to drive omnichannel personalization
· Build audience targeting strategies based on campaign goals, run audience insight analysis, collaborate with data partners to create custom audiences, and establish connection with media partners to configure, test, and validate destination across all channels.

What you will need:
· 8+ years’ experience in quantitative consulting, analytics, or solutions delivery roles
· Experience in using audience management technologies such DMP, CDP, CRM, onboarding, DSPs etc. Hands-on experience with multiple platforms such LiveRamp, Krux, Adobe Audience Manager, Oracle BlueKai, Neustar Aggregate Knowledge, DataXu, DoubleClick, The Trade Desk, AppNexus or other agency proprietary platforms.
· Excellent presentation skills to communicate overall strategy, analysis plan and execution
· Collaborative approach and relationship building skills
· Ability to work independently is essential
· Degrees in Business, Math, Science, MIS, Communications, or Computer Science preferred
