    The Director, PPM Operations is an essential member of our Physician Practice Management (PPM) team. In this role, you will provide day to day leadership within the Physician Practice Management Operations department.

    The Director will provide solution-oriented recommendations and maintain excellent interpersonal relations with all physicians, office and clinical staff, as well as other hospital departments. You will focus on ensuring successful daily operations within our physician offices while working to optimize departmental performance improvement initiatives.

    Job Responsibilities include:

    • Management of the daily operations within our physician offices
    • Oversight of physician onboardings
    • Perform physician practice assessments
    • Lead and participate in special projects related to growth and expansion
    • Departmental project management including space planning, systems management, and IT rollouts
    • Staff management and mentoring
    • Foster an environment that encourages employee engagement
    • Ensure staff understand and comply with departmental workflows and policies
    • Maintain a strong understanding of physician office workflows and systems to effectively assess office productivity and drive change

    Position Requirements:

    • 7 years of Healthcare management operations experience
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to show initiative, good judgement and resourcefulness
    • Must possess a positive attitude; high energy; collaborative nature; and a high level of critical thinking
    • Respect for information confidentiality
    • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organizations objectives
    • Ability to support several concurrent projects and multi-task
    • Ability to work independently. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of physician practices including management and operations with a focus on efficiency and patient satisfaction
    • Strong computer skills with focus on Epic EMR, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from varied audiences including physicians and hospital leadership

    EDUCATION

    • Master’s degree
