Objectives of the Role

Digital Operations is a centralized team that works closely with various teams at Mediacom, including Media Planning, Ad Ops, Media Ops, and Digital Investments. The Digital Operations team is responsible for smooth campaign launches while maintaining data integrity for our clients. Duties include plan stewardship within Prisma, creative management, as well as monthly reconciliation.

The Digital Operations Manager will help lead and manage the day to day activities the team. The manager will provide support, leadership and direction needed to ensure the team is operating in the most efficient and effective way possible.

Duties and Responsibilities
•Train new hires in the various systems and processes used in Digital Operations (Prisma, Bangle, actualization, etc.).
•Partner with Digital Investment/Planning, Media Operations, and Ad operations the media team and Media Operations department to ensure BE requests are being completed with maximum efficiency
•Create and maintain best practices for campaign activation, data systemization, and reconciliation.
•Ensure proper set-up from campaign entry into Prisma to reconciliation.
•Partner with Digital Investments and Media Ops to resolve vendor discrepancies.
•Help Digital Operations team manage workload and provide support to media teams for all issues related to campaign management/activation.
•Other responsibilities as assigned.

•Ability to manage/mentor a large staff and team workflow.
•Ability to work in and contribute to a team environment that promotes collaboration and excellence Strong internal and external client service and relationship management skills.
•Act as primary contact for team issues and problem escalations.
•Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
•Ability to work successfully within a team as well as independently.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
•Proficient in Prisma, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (advanced). Ability to quickly learn MediaCom proprietary systems.
•Knowledge of ad server reporting.
•Excellent verbal and written skills.
Qualifications and Experience
• 3+ years’ relevant job and people management experience required.
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred; concentration in Finance/Economics, Advertising or Marketing, a plus.
