Your Role:
As Technical Account Coordinator, your time will be shared between the Technical Production and Account Management Teams to provide the following services:

Proofing and Color Management Support:
o Manage and optimize color management systems using knowledge of color theory, ICC profiles, and color measurement best practices
o Create and analyze color profiles based on fingerprint samples
o Calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting proofing devices
o Participate to pre-press / print production meetings with the client, the design agency, the print supplier and Diadeis project team
o Troubleshoot technical issues with printers
o Review color and consult with client when needed
• Workflows Maintenanc
o Manage and optimize Production workflows
o Contribute to training and implementation of workflows
• Project Management:
o Receive client briefs
o Translate client instructions into measurable and effective communication to all necessary end-users
o Create, manage and communicate project timelines and submission deadlines
o Interact daily with client to coordinate requirements and schedules

• Proactive with exemplary organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet conflicting priorities as well as successfully manage day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in Prepress and Color Management, including color separations, retouching, applying printer specifications, preferably in the packaging area
•  Knowledge of workflows system and automation procedures
• Understanding of the major printing processes (Flexo, Gravure, Offset) and their impact on Graphic Artwork files
• Apple OS X and Microsoft Office experience required
