KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve and mentor to provide effective problem resolution, solution.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and apply quality improvement statistics and reports.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office -- Excel and technology systems for data and web conferencing.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (E.G. Basecamp or Trello)

EDUCATION :

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.

 

 

WORK EXPERIENCES: 

  • Minimum of two (2) years' work experience as a Project Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Proven track record as a leader in quality improvement, ambulatory practice operations, patient safety, and consulting.
  • Demonstrated efficiency in establishing and maintaining key relationships.

 

Job Description

The Project Coordinator, working closely with the Project Manager prepares comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for assigned projects. Performs various coordinating tasks to include schedules and risk management, administrative duties to include but not limited to the maintenance of project documentation financial requests/queries. Collaborates with external and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ensures assigned projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards
