Part-time Social Worker in out-patient mental health clinic and in Yeshivas in Brooklyn.
Work in a licensed out-patient mental health clinic that specializes in mental health and substance abuse providing individual, family and group treatment to all age groups with a focus on adolescents. Also work off site in schools providing mental health consultation services.
-provide individual, family and group therapy to individuals and families at our base clinic and possibly off site at some of our satellites.
Provide mental health consultations and workshops at Yeshivas.
-complete intakes, treatment plan reviews, and discharge summaries for clients on caseload
- Must have an LMSW or LCSW
- Familiarity and knowledge of Orthodox Jewish population a must
- Prior experience with teenagers a plus but not required
- Prior experience with substance abuse a plus but not required
